There are properly fantastic celebrity model moments, and then there are the looks that definitely stick with you, the ones you check out desperately to recreate at residence. In ‘Wonderful Outfits in Style Heritage,’ Fashionista editors are revisiting their all-time most loved lewks.

When it comes to BTS, I you should not adore taking part in favorites — with the customers (OT7 eternally), with their tracks (purchase and stream “Proof“), with their performances. However, you can find a person trend instant out of a lot of fantastic ones in their nine several years as a group that holds a unique location in my coronary heart, mainly because it merged two issues that I hold expensive: Bangtan and Prada prepared-to-wear.

At the 2019 Melon Tunes Awards, BTS turned the pink carpet into a runway re-do of types, every single member placing their individual spin on Prada’s Tumble 2019 menswear selection. From left: Kim Taehyung (a.k.a. V) in a dim gray pinstripe go well with, buttoned-up collared white shirt and thick knit red cardigan on top Min Yoongi (Suga) a fuzzy V-neck gray sweater over a white shirt, both of those tucked into grey pinstriped trousers with a black belt double-wrapped close to the midsection Kim Seokjin (Jin) and Jeon Jungkook (Jung Kook) equally in black double-breasted blazers and trousers, the former with a white shirt, black gown footwear and a layered coronary heart brooch on his lapel, the latter in a black shirt and lug-soled shoes Kim Namjoon (RM) in a grey-ish brown very long coat with matching trousers, moreover a layered coronary heart pin Park Jimin (Jimin) in a black match, with a black belt double-wrapped higher at the waistline, and white button-down and Jung Hoseok (J-Hope) in a gray double-breasted go well with, the jacket tucked into the trousers and a black belt cinching the waistline.

This is just one of the strongest illustrations of a thing BTS and their styling workforce have continually been able to do about the years: generate a cohesive visible narrative through fashion when still making it possible for for individual expression, whether or not they’re all dressed by the very same model or they carry jointly a blend of labels with complementary aesthetics. Also, although we’re right here, let us revisit their functionality at that event, because they not only swept with 9 wins that evening, but they put on a 37-minute (!) demonstrate that ran through their extensive, different discography up right until that place.
